[description] Fritz is a client project covering both, photography and design. Together with Jürgen Oswald, an architect from Constance, I developed a visual concept for his shelf named Fritz. Artworks from Ben Willikens inspired the scenery. Creating a clean scene in which the shelf can function equally as an art piece and a modular piece of furniture was essential for the desired look. The main focus in the photographs lays on the materialism which creates a harmonizing contrast between hard and soft, artificial and organic.
For the brochure a Leporello was designed, functioning in different ways just like the modular piece of furniture. It does not only contain information about the shelf, it can also be reused to display it as an artwork on the wall. Integrating the geometric edges of Fritz as cut-outs creates a prominent look and refers back to the roots. Brochure texts written and Fritz designed by Jürgen Oswald.
